Introduction
Weam AlHebshi is a Saudi consultant, trainer and pioneer in the field of educational theatre. Her career brings together the depth of training and personal development with the world of theatre, grounded in a firm conviction that self-development and character-building are the foundation of every genuine success.
Across more than 20 years she has worked with a wide range of young people, professionals and institutions, drawing on accredited scientific tools such as the Birkman Method and specialised methodologies in life-skills and higher-order thinking development, achieving tangible impact and real transformation in the lives of those she works with.
She believes wholeheartedly that every person holds a latent energy waiting for someone to help them discover it. From this comes her commitment to offering an experience that goes beyond conventional training into a space of growth and inspiration.

How I work
Weam’s method runs through five connected stages:
Studying the target group, the challenges, the objectives and the desired outcomes.
Building content and defining outcomes that suit the nature of the participants.
Setting the strategies and exercises that develop the required skills for that particular group.
Reviewing the results and the changes the experience produced, and using them for continuous improvement.
Based on the impact-measurement stage, programmes are developed further to keep pace with external change.

When a child steps onto a stage they do not only learn to act. They learn to stand, to be heard, and to carry a value and defend it in front of other people. The Theatre of Values uses acting and the stage as an educational tool to instil values, build character, and train people in expression and creativity.

The difference
What sets Weam’s work apart is how several disciplines converge on a single purpose: building the person, and helping them discover and express who they are.
For consulting, a tailored training programme, facilitating a session or conference, or collaborating on a stage production, I’d be glad to hear from you. waoem.m@gmail.com
